Children’s Day in Honduras 2022
In Honduras, Children's Day is celebrated on September 10.
The celebration was organized with a donation given by SAN staff, the members of the SAN Board of Directors and friends of SAN in Honduras.
The 170 children from the homes, Nuevo Paraiso, Pedro Atala and Santiago participated in the celebration.
The young women from the Dios en Casa transition home (university students) made and donated 27 piñatas. Other transition also came and helped with the activities.
The children ate hamburgers, sang, danced, played soccer, popped piñatas, ate cake and also received a gift and bags of candy.
