Buy a backpack and school supplies for a child. Suggested donation $40
Buy uniform shirts, pants, socks and shoes for a child. Suggested donation $75
Buy textbooks and cover registration fees for a child. Suggested donation $100
Give the Gift of Scholarship
Another area of education FHC supports are scholarships. FHC awards 15 scholarships in the amount of $1,000.00 to each student. Students are supported for 5 years to attain their degrees. Annually these scholarships are reviewed for renewal. Scholarship students can renew this scholarship by submission of their class record and a letter requesting continued scholarship support.
Help a Post-Grad Transition
Help youths in transition from school to the workforce or from a group home to their own apartment in the city.
